The more you wash your hands, the better protected you and others are from illnesses.
To increase your handwashing simply think about the times when it is easy to wash them.
For example, if you usually wash your hands ‘sometimes’ before eating a snack with your fingers, why not try washing them ‘quite often’ from now on?
