Can you find an idea that would be easy to improve?
For example, if you usually clean things ‘sometimes’, could you try to clean them ‘quite often’ from now on?
Or, if you ‘almost never’ put something aside for more than 1 day, could you think of where you might be able to put them ‘sometimes’ in the future?
